Job description
Leads local Trend and Insight generation actions and programs.
Conducts market and competitive assessments in order to derive concrete actions and recommendations.
Develop, test and validate new innovation concepts, designs and marketing mixes.
Supports the development of the long term innovation pipeline for Hair Collaborates with cross functional partners (R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Legal, Sales) to drive new product innovations.
Create compelling category and sell-in stories to support the successful launch of new product innovations.
