YOUR ROLE
- Leads local Trend and Insight generation actions and programs.
- Conducts market and competitive assessments in order to derive concrete actions and recommendations.
- Develop, test and validate new innovation concepts, designs and marketing mixes.
- Supports the development of the long term innovation pipeline for Hair Collaborates with cross functional partners (R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Legal, Sales) to drive new product innovations.
- Create compelling category and sell-in stories to support the successful launch of new product innovations.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelors degree in related field, MBA a plus.
- 2-3 years of related experience in CPG Brand Management or Innovation preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Up to date with latest trends and technologies.
- Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas; excellent written and oral communication skills Project Management experience.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize accordingly Strong analytical skills.
The salary for this role is $94,500 - $141,400. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
