Immigration Law Firm looking for an associate attorney from an accredited law school with 3-5 years of experience in immigration law. Duties will include writing appellate briefs, motions, research memos, pleadings, and cover letters, handling a steady volume of emails from clients and staff, meeting with clients when necessary to discuss their case, ensuring files are fully prepared for trials/hearings, and handling both Webex and in-person court appearances, as well as, attending adjustment of status, asylum, and naturalization interviews in front of USCIS.
