Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients - Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw - Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs - Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients - Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings - Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop case strategies - Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients Skills: - Strong legal administrative skills, including organization and time management - Proficiency in conducting legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw - Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence - Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice - Strong negotiation skills for resolving disputes and reaching favorable outcomes for clients - Litigation experience, including courtroom representation and oral advocacy Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
