SalaryDutton Casey & Mesoloras P.C. seeks a part-time attorney with 5+ year’s experience in Medicaid or probate court. Must be currently licensed to practice in Illinois. Specifically, the position will include preparation and processing of applications for Medicaid, representation of guardians in adult guardianship proceedings, and representation of executors in decedent’s estates. Must have excellent writing and communication skills, sharp analytical ability, and be highly organized and self-motivated. This position is part-time (15 – 30 hours per week), flexible, and remote.
