• Scott Patton PC, is a boutique law firm in Houston, TX specializing in the defense of employment, commercial, and healthcare-related matters.
• The Firm presently has an immediate opening for an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney.
• Assist in all aspects of civil litigation, including conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, pretrial hearings, and trial.
• Develop and draft employment/commercial/healthcare-related documents.
• Advice and counsel clients on complex compliance matters relating to labor and employment law and healthcare-related matters.

• Membership in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience working as a licensed attorney.
• Experience in trial preparation, depositions, and motion hearings.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to provide concise and accurate advice on legal issues.
