SalaryWe are a Glendale Plaintiff/Applicant's firm seeking to hire a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our workers' compensation team. We offer competitive salary and bonuses based on experience. We are also willing to train attorneys with no experience in workers' compensation law.
Duties:
- Handle a large caseload
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and petitions.
- Assist with case management and preparation for hearings, trials, and depositions
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Stay updated on changes in the law and legal precedents
Experience:
- Admitted to practice law in the state
- Proficiency in using legal research platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
