Position:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in litigation and transactional work, looking to grow their career in a supportive and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, contracts, and deeds.
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Nebraska.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in litigation or transactional work.
• 2+ years of experience.
