We are looking for an Associate Attorney responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Review of documents and motions related to litigation, bankruptcy or other aspects of the practice
- Attendance at district court, circuit court, and BK court
- Providing legal support and guidance
- Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to help provide them with essential pieces of advice
- Strategizing on how to resolve the clients' cases in a favorable and cost-effective manner
- Preparing legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings and contracts in a timely and accurate manner
- 1-5 years' experience as an attorney
- Mortgage or related industry experience a plus
- Competent in Word systems (especially Excel)
