Responsibilities:
- Collate, cleanse and adjust data from multiple sources to maintain an inventory of Ratings' vendors
- Support a technology project to build a robust database of Ratings' vendors and related regulatory registers
- Source, analyze and draw insights from vendor management metrics and other data
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management, including Ratings' Operating Committee and Boards of Directors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Lead the design and build of automation solutions for a wide variety of risk and control processes within the In-Business Control team
- Stay current with S&P Global's AI program and apply advanced analytical techniques, such as predictive modeling, to vendor management data
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ Years in the financial services industry or similar professional work environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience in data analytics and reporting
- Strong technical skills
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
- Data wrangling using Python, Pandas, Excel, Databricks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of the Ratings' division and processes highly valued but not essential
- Knowledge of vendor governance highly valued but not essential
- Able to manage complexity, including in proactively troubleshooting problems or in developing process or other solutions
- First-class communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written, including in building strategic relationships across the organization
- Flexible and accommodating work ethic in an ever-changing work schedule
- Inquisitive and curious, with a very high attention to detail

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,700 to $150,400. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
