Job Description
The Customer Test Analyst is responsible for supporting marketing A/B testing across platforms (media, email, push etc.). This position will support marketing test development and campaign analysis through the test and learn process to discover increased revenues and margins. This position will also support all aspects of individual test campaign set up including audience criteria, testing plans, quality assurance and program performance measurement activities. The Customer Test Analyst will also be responsible for cross-functional collaboration with data strategy, platform leads, creative teams, and other analytics teams.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Support marketing and data strategy teams in marketing sprints to develop data driven A/B tests across platforms.
- Create A/B marketing tests designed to drive loyalty and increase revenue.
- Help ensure all campaigns are set up and executed according to appropriate specifications and rules
- Coordination with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate test delivery & timing
- Query customer database to analyze test results.
- Development of standard reports and presentations on all campaign key performance indicators
- Track ongoing success metrics for various customer marketing initiatives and relate them to return on investment
What Do You Need To Bring?
- Bachelor's degree or equivielnt experience
- 1-2 Years Experience working with customer data
- A/B Testing Experience across media platforms, email, and push
- SQL required; SnowSQL and PowerBI experience preferred
- Familiarity with querying languages, database structures and Microsoft Office Solutions, particularly Excel and PPT
- Must have attention to detail with a strong focus on analytics
- Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
- Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
- Naturally curious, with a desire to dig deeper to find the why and identify key trends/ themes
