General Summary:
The Associate, Administration (Department), provides administrative support, which includes coordination of items of critical and/or confidential nature. The incumbent will provide high level support to their division and department, as well as handle specific functional responsibilities for the division and the department (projects, expenses, vendor management). They will serve as primary Administration contact for a particular office location, coordinating all administrative initiatives and satisfying the division and department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. New hire and contractor onboarding for various departments.
2. Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries for Sales VP.
3. Arrange international travel, accommodation and itineraries for leaders as directed.
4. Organize and arrange calendar for Sales VP.
5. May help plan department meetings and department team building activities or special projects.
6. All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Proficiency in Windows, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks and projects to completion
• Ability to meet deadlines on projects as assigned
Qualifications
• 3 years of previous administrative experience in a corporate environment or equivalent related experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements and Working Condition:
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
