Job Purpose
Associate Account Managers work as part of extended, cross-functional teams at Touch that are producing and managing strategy, design, live event, media, and interactive projects from concept to completion for a wide range of clients.
The Associate Account Manager is an enterprising, motivated, enthusiastic, and committed team member at Touch who provides an essential supporting role to Touch project teams, assisting on a wide range of essential administrative and tactical functions as we work to deliver for our clients.
Client Management Responsibilities
- Building knowledge of our client brands and competitive landscapes to help ensure we are creating relevant, meaningful deliverables
- Supporting the project teams in responding to client requests
- Supporting proposal and budget development and supporting projects through all phases of delivery
- Supporting Touch senior team leads with various client management tasks, with minimal client communications required
- Supporting day-to-day client communications, collaborations, meetings, and reporting needs
- Supporting development of project briefs
Project and Team Management Responsibilities
- Supporting the development of project tracking and organizational documents such as project and production schedules and other documentation supporting Touch projects
- Supporting the development of scope of work documents as required
- Producing project status reports as required to support project leads
- Supporting other members of the project management team to ensure we're meeting client expectations
- Contributing to the optimization of project management processes and resources as needed to meet both client and Touch objectives
- Assisting with the organization of internal project materials and client background (digital and printed)
- Supporting the management of third-party vendors, as required
- Supporting onsite production efforts including venue research, site visits, onsite planning, execution, and management of live experience elements
Budgeting and Project Reconciliation Responsibilities
- Supporting project managers with regular budget communications to anticipate and identify budget concerns or opportunities and effectively manage scope changes
- Contributing to project reconciliation
Position Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience with interacting with a range of clients and partners, from executives to vendor staff
- Developing ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent client engagements with cross-functional team members
- Growing budgeting, scheduling, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Strong technical skills, from Microsoft Office to web-based applications and social media
- Developing knowledge of and ability to discuss and manage technical production
- Genuine curiosity and love for crafting innovative experiences and deliverables that combine strategy and insights with brilliant creative and flawless production, and cutting-edge technology, to create impactful experiences for our clients

- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training/experience in communications, marketing, public relations, project management, or design management
Employment Expectations
- This is a salaried, full-time, exempt position
- Physical presence in the office is encouraged and occasionally required
- Occasional onsite project support and travel is required
- Touch-supported professional growth and development is encouraged and supported
- Continued development of software platforms and applications skills is expected

Work Environment and Conditions
- This role, by nature of the industry requires some travel and at times, requires working varying schedules including weekends, nights, extended shifts (10+ hours), holidays, etc. based on the project requirements
- Position split between working from the office and working remotely
- Our industry often requires fast turn arounds and agility
- Touch-supported professional growth and training is encouraged
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift is sometimes required for onsite work
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- On-site/event work can include long hours
Direct Reports
- Position manages project teams made up of Touch internal staff as well as outside vendors and freelancers
Significant Collaborations
- Direct interactions with Project teams (including other account leads, strategists, producers, design teams, motion graphics teams, outside vendors, and clients)
- Interactions might include briefings, collaborations, direction, and brainstorms

The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other job-related qualifications and factors.
Touch is located in Seattle, Washington and our preference is to hire people in the Greater Seattle area or who are willing to relocate.
