SalaryGeneral Summary:This position will help support the everyday needs of the sales team.
Review Purchase Customer Purchase Orders
- ensure accuracy
- work cross functionally to ensure Production and Account Services have correct information for WIP & Order Entry
Run & Maintain Inventory Reports
- track low / out inventories + create suggestion for re-orders
Populate Costing Templates
- ensure accuracy of product & factory information; images, style numbers, costing, UOM, trims, duties, tariffs, etc.
- communicate with factories as directed
Sample Tracking
- utilize tracker to organize PP / TOP samples
- work cross functionally with Design and Production to track samples and ensure as per spec
Market Appointments
- as needed, take notes and provide follow-up support as directed
Skills
- Outlook / Excel / PPTX. proficient
- Organized w/ strong verbal and written communication skill set
- Strong understanding of retail math
- Sound logic / reasoning abilities
- Team Player
- Ability to create trusted internal / external professional relationships
Salary Range:The pay range of this position is $60k - $75k. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
Compensation: 60-70k
