Directs financial planning and accounting practices/operations supporting the eNova acquisition. Performs budgeting, financial analysis, and long-range forecasting of full P&L. Partners with the business leaders, providing subject matter expertise, strategy, and direction for the business/function on financial and accounting. Collaborates with various business functions to monitor and report on areas of operational risk and/or opportunity. Manages cost accounting systems and cash flow; conducts audits; controls treasury and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
Essential Functions
- Full Balance Sheet, P&L, and cash flows responsibility with management & reconciliations monthly.
- Monitors and books revenue, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Will manage financial integration from eNova finance side.
- Monitors Product development investments.
- Maintains opportunity pipeline reporting.
- Manages payments on behalf of clients and operating expenses, including payroll.
- Overseeing project accounting and project reconciliations
- Partners with regional senior management, advising and developing regional functional strategies that support regional strategies and goals.
- Serves as key focal point between the head of the business/function supported to ensure the business/function is synchronized with the regional plan.
- Develops specific business metrics that support timely and actionable information flow for daily operational and long-term strategic planning purposes.
- Directs all aspects of planning and estimation processes related to annual budgeting and strategic plans as well as monthly forecasts.
- Identifies and monitors areas of risk and/or opportunity and their financial impact on the business.
- Reviews and analyzes new business initiatives and investments to ensure that they conform with local and IQVIA strategic vision and achieve or exceed minimum return on investment requirements.
- May develop pricing strategies, policies, and analysis.
- Provides monthly financial reporting to constituencies.
- Ensures that the recording, measurement and reporting of all financial transactions adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), internal IQVIA corporate policies and procedures, government regulations and local business requirements.
- Provides analytical and information support related to acquisitions, divestitures, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Procurement initiatives for Commercial Solutions.
- Collaborate and drive improvements within the regional business units (RBU), global business unites (GBU), and Corporate Finance on various topics and initiatives.
- May oversee direct reports
Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting, and finance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Knowledge of financial systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong leadership and focus.
- Proven record of results working with senior management.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to translate business issues into financial requirements.
- Technical proficiency with financial application software is essential.
- High level of integrity and self-confidence.
- MBA and/or CPA - Certified Public Accountant preferred

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $101,200.00 - $189,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
