DAY TO DAY AS AN ASSISTED LIVING COORDINATOR

As the Assisted Living Coordinator, you are an integral part of our senior care team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you have the opportunity to oversee all aspects of direct care at our beautiful senior living community. This administrative role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing and supervising staff, coordinating service plans, and ensuring excellent communication with our residents and their family members. You play a crucial part in providing top-notch care to our seniors and ensuring that our community runs smoothly and efficiently!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ASSISTED LIVING COORDINATOR

The knowledge and skills required for this administrative position are:

• Experience in long-term care settings or Assisted Living environments
• Experience in the general management and operations of a healthcare facility, preferably in long-term care
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and employees
• Willingness to work with the elderly
• a certified med tech, if not certified go through a course to be certified
