Required experience and responsibilities:
- Experience working for a GC or Developer as an Asst. Superintendent or PE/FE
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Coordinate, schedule and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, quality control, and job-site management
