We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and has strong leadership skills.
Duties:
- Overseeing daily store operations
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Supervise and train employees on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve targets
- Assist in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and cash registers
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
