Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the overall operations of the store. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and wants to take the next step in their career.

Duties

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and develop store associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve sales goals
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new store associates
- Maintain store appearance and ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of store associates
- Knowledge of retail math and pricing strategies
- Experience with wireless sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll

Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
