Hours: 30 per week

The Assistant Manager is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the General Manager in a variety of store operations duties. This position serves as a role model to the baristas and as the team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable.
Responsibilities: ?
Ensure Scooter’s “Amazing” customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques
Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush
Assist the GM in onboarding and training new team members
Develop effective working relationships with team members
Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales
Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent manner
Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Serve as a keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures
Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability
Assist Store Manager with administrative duties
Assist with the management of labor, food, and other controllable costs within budget guidelines
