ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 - $20.00 based on experience with up to $800 monthly bonus eligibility! We offer competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. We also offer 401(k) with company match, PTO, and sick time.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as an invaluable team member by striving to build a clean, safe, and positive experience for our customers. You will be directly responsible for increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling. Your day-to-day would involve caring for the facility, inside and out, as well as collections, deposits, and responding to customer inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

• 2+ years of customer service experience (i.e. retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish preferred)

Experience in a leadership role or some supervisory experience is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who can prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment. It would help if you also were an excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.

WORK SCHEDULE

We're open 7 days a week from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
