Assistant Store Director

Must have Grocery Store Management experience

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Ensure the store is properly stocked and organized at all times.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent performance and meet sales goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a retail management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in basic math calculations for inventory management and financial analysis.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the local market trends and customer preferences.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
