SalarySports Performance business looking for a team-oriented and professional individual to become part of our team. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and nationally recognized strength and conditioning certification. Experience coaching youth or high school athletes in team sports or speed/agility/strength. Minimum Qualifications: Junior year in college with applicable athletic background and passion for strength and conditioning training for athletes. Demonstrated progress toward nationally recognized strength and conditioning certification. Part-time coaching position. Must be available 4:30-8:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation: $15-$20/hr commensurate with education, certifications, and experience. Applicants must have a heart for coaching and mentoring young people. Demonstrated experience directing youth and high school athletes is vital. Broad-based knowledge of many sports and the ability to relate the training to the athlete's sport (at the athlete’s age and ability level) is paramount. Eagerness to learn, dependability, passion for the work, professionalism, effective communication skills, and the ability to understand and then implement our training programs and philosophy will keep you a part of our team.
