PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Assistant Showroom Entertainment Manager will assist in managing front of house operational functions for assigned theaters and showrooms in alignment with the strategic vision for the Entertainment Center of Excellence (CoE). This position will partner closely with the Manager of Entertainment Showroom to ensure the delivery of guest service that aligns with the Company's core service standards and will continue to build and strengthen relationships with both show partners and property partners.

This position will partner closely with the Manager of Entertainment Showroom to ensure the delivery of guest service that aligns with the Company's core service standards and will continue to build and strengthen relationships with both show partners and property partners.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Manage front of house operations for showrooms, theaters, and other property events; maintain solid and professional relationship with show partners
- Manage human resources responsibilities to include: create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the Company's diversity commitment.
- Drive employee engagement and guest experience through coaching, training and development; develop, lead, and maintain training programs for frontline teams to enhance service standards and guest experience
- Assist in managing talent, show partner, and client relationships and provide continued support as needed.
- Collaborates with various departments to ensure successful Showroom and Theater operations.
A GREAT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of Theater or Entertainment experience
- The ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Preferably, an associate degree in a related field; or equivalent education and experience
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
- Experience managing multiple employees in a fast paced environment
