PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO ASSISTING THE MANAGER:
- Maintain an atmosphere where the customer experience is positive.
- Monitor the performance of all service department staff.
- Visit with past, current, and future customers on a consistent and monthly basis to discuss any issues and request additional business.
- Use quality control procedures designed to monitor quality of work and take corrective action where standards are not met.
- Provide assistance, information, and direction to employees to correct technical concerns, improve efficiency, and improve warranty recovery.
- Holds daily department meetings.
- Schedule personnel to maximize shop efficiencies.
- Maintain focus on safety / safe work practices.

GATR Truck Center is an authorized Volvo truck, Hino truck, Mack truck, and Kalmar Ottawa dealership serving 5 locations in Minnesota and Iowa. We are an authorized Hyundai Translead Dry Van Trailer dealer as well. We are proud to carry a large selection of new and pre-owned inventory. QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 - 2 years of management experience required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong Computer Skills
- Strong Managerial and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate employees and attain objectives
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Understanding of operational financial management
