Assistant Sales Support

Assistant Sales Support Job Description:

· Work directly with two Account Executives to effectively manage multiple retail accounts.

· Assist Account Executives in preparation for sell in, sales meetings and follow-up.

· Organize and assist with price quote sheets and item set up for customers.

· Evaluate and prepare selling reports on a weekly basis as needed.

· Manage inbound and outbound customer specific samples.

· Partner with Logistics and Production on needs to evaluate and execute customer orders.

· Review order details ensuring accuracy to deliver customer requests.

Qualifications:

· Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

·4-5 years administrative experience

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate with both internal and external customers
• Work with a consistent sense of urgency
• Able to prioritize and handle several projects at once
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
• Ability to positively partner and work closely with diverse personalities internally and externally
• Competent user of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Excel
