To prepare future Sales Manager candidates by immersing them into sales leadership activities with constant mentorship, while also maintaining responsibilities of a selling Community Representative with appropriate floor time. The salary range for the position is $50,000-60,000 plus commission and bonus.

Qualifications:
- A valid state real estate license
