The Assistant Sales Manager responsibilities:

• Hire and train your very own door to door lead generation team.
• Work directly with Sales Manager to ensure daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals are achieved.
• Go door-to-door with your team to coach, supervise and ensure they're representing the company properly and hitting their targets.
• Greet potential and current customers with a friendly and personable attitude that reflects Weed Man's excellent service
• Collaborate with team members to share and receive tips and advice.

The Assistant Sales Manager will need to meet the following:

• Available to work evening hours, and weekends!
• Positive Mindset and Attitude
• Ability to work outside in ALL weather conditions
• Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Prior sales experience or lead generation experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $49,000.00 per year
