This assistant culinary position earns a competitive salary of $45,000 - $50,000/year, depending on skills and experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you act as the right-hand to the Kitchen Manager and General Manager! You three cohesively work together to lead the culinary staff to their highest potential. Your ultimate goal is to deliver timely, high-quality national and international cuisine to our guests, and you do this by maintaining smooth culinary operations and impeccable cleanliness. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

• 1 year of kitchen experience
• Knowledge about FDA and USDA regulations regarding food handling
• Knowledge about budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling
• Strong financial acumen and profit and loss accountability experience
• Over 21 years of age
