Job Description
A modern and sophisticated restaurant is seeking a polished General Manager for one of their locations in the northern Monterey County area. Their focus is on fresh ingredients with craft cocktails and local wine as well as to provide a destination with a unique combination of offerings to guests. Through the implementation of this vision, ownership is hoping to cultivate a gathering place for the people and the community served to have an unforgettable dining experience. This is a great opportunity for a strong restaurant operator who is looking to join an award-winning company with high job autonomy!
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of food and beverage management experience
- Free-standing restaurant experience
- Strong community relationships
- Passion for guest service
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong bar/cocktail knowledge a plus
- Restaurant opening experience a plus
- Ability to train out of state for 2-3 weeks
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base (commensurate with experience), bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, PTO, and much more!
