The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager with High Noon- Popeyes will have skills and behaviors to create memorable experiences for our Guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
- Training and coaching team members
- Running a daily shift
- Forecasting, crew schedule
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Supervise product product
- Training and coaching team members
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of HIgh Noon Popeyes
Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must have 2 or more years of experience as a manager.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers.
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
