We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
```Duties:```
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, operations, and customer service
- Ensure efficient shift management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Utilize Aloha POS system to manage orders, payments, and inventory
