Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and monitor food and beverage inventory
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Coordinate and supervise catering events
- Help with menu planning and food preparation as needed
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service management and catering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Culinary background or experience as a cook is a plus
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
