We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Project Manager to join our team. In this role, the APM will be responsible for
- Ensuring the continuity and efficiency of each project assigned from opportunity to closeout through clear communications to all parties involved.
- Supporting the operations team by coordinating, tracking and monitoring assigned projects.
- Managing project documentation resulting in complete and accurate project files that meet Precision standards.
- Tracking and properly communicating changes to all parties and maintain proper records.

And has this experience:
- 2 years of experience in the commercial construction field. Experience with a painting contractor is a plus, but other trades are welcome to apply!
- Experience managing process and people to achieve results
- Some experience in Estimating is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and other Software applications. Experience in Sage (Timberline) is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
