Requirements:
- Will support Project Manager with schedules, project coordination, meetings, RFI’s, submittals, assist with proposals and presentations, project reviews, safety standards & compliance, etc…
- Coordinate between internal team, clients, and support staff.
- Responsible for document control, as well as maintaining project budgets and financial reporting.
- Participate in processing information requests such as RFI's, submittals, review comments and maintain/track correspondences such as meetings, notes, memos, reports, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- Minimum Co-op experience as an Engineer, Project Controller, or assistant Project Manager, or 3 years of related project management/project engineer experience in the engineering or construction industry.
- CAPM certification or other PM knowledge is preferred.
- Demonstrated self-start committed to the delivery of quality products and building long term profitable relationships internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Primavera Software is preferred.
- Must be able to work well in groups and across multiple offices.
