Summary
The Assistant Project Managerprovides support to site management on complex project(s). Establishes project objectives through planning and budgets, and monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent. Responsible for safety on the project by perpetuating the Incident and Injury Free culture.
Role Summary
Predominant professional entry level classification that may lead toward supervision or project management path. Supports project administration on one medium or on large projects in a specific work area.

Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree with experience, usually at the intern or co-op level, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.

- Work both onsite and at branch office
- Daily progress of quantities
- Document control
- Procurement and expediting alongside Project Manager
- Assist Project Manager with Cost and Schedule
- Oversees the Work of Direct Reports
- Maintains Client Relationship
- Ensures a Safe Work Environment
- Participates in Training/Certifications
- Work closely with field crews
- Perform quality take-offs and estimate labor material and equipment costs
Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree with experience, usually at the intern or co-op level, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High communication skills
- Work ethically and professionally with customers to build relationships
- Ability to learn and operate Vista and HCSS
