Job Summary
An individual who has overall responsibility for the management, oversight and coordination of a programmatic functional area within or across programs.
What You Doing to Make a Difference
- Assist Program Director (PD) in interviewing and training new staff, as needed
- Complete assessments, intakes, client schedules, treatment plans, periodic reviews and aftercare plans in timely fashion
- Present psycho-educational curriculum to clients as scheduled; subject matter may include Substance Abuse, Criminal Thinking, Anger Management and related topics as outlined in the curriculum manual
- Participate in all clinical discussions regarding client progress, as directed by your supervisor
- Support all Justice Involved Individuals in a therapeutic and compassionate manner

Requirements
Job Qualifications/Credentials
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Education, Counseling, Psychology, Rehabilitative Counseling or Social Work preferred.
- Experience working with justice-involved individuals preferred.
- Experience with evidence-based substance abuse curriculum preferred.
- Strong writing skills and computer proficiency a must.
- Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance.
- Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
