Assistant Professor of Psychology. Wells College, Aurora, NY. Tenure track position to teach in the area of clinical psychology. Teaching responsibilities will include abnormal psychology and psychotherapy; sharing in major course offerings such as introductory psychology, research methods, and senior capstone; and courses in the candidate’s area of specialization (open). Candidates with a focus on social justice concerns and who can contribute to interdisciplinary programs at Wells are particularly desirable.  These include First Nations/Indigenous studies, women/gender/queer studies, criminal justice, arts, and health sciences.  Also desirable are candidates who can include students in their research program or supervise student research projects. The successful candidate will provide service to the program and college by participating in academic advising, program assessment, governance committees, and by offering co- or extra-curricular opportunities to students. Terminal degree must be completed or expected to be completed by August 2024.
