You’re resourceful and collaborative, able to partner effectively with many functions within our company, and are detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly motivated all while understanding an entrepreneurial environment. A sense of humor is a plus! A Day in the Life:
The typical day is… atypical. You might be issuing purchase orders for on-time fulfillment, reviewing bulk production deliveries, managing sample orders, or performing systems maintenance for attributes, costing, and deliveries. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team across production, merchandising, and product development who share your passion for excellence… and beautiful product!
To Land This Role:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience
- Minimum 1+ years in fashion accessories product development, sourcing, and/or production
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Excel & Retail Math
- Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
- Knowledge of PLM/SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical skills paired with strategic business acumen and application
- Ability to partner between cross-functional departments and internal business partners

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 24.00 USD - 31.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location. Benefits Information
