Job Description
Our ideal candidates are:
- Self-motivated and can work independently with a high level of efficiency.
- Must have at least 1 year experience working with children.
- Experience following a curriculum
- Ability to work cooperatively with lead teacher
- Must have solid classroom and behavioral management skills. Able to multi-task to ensure that classroom inventory, cleanliness, organization, and daily schedule are maintained appropriately.
All candidates must have:
- A valid state-issued photo ID, copy of diploma/degree plus transcripts.
- 2 letters of reference from non-relatives attesting to your suitability to work with children.
- A Health Screening with negative TB test, PA Criminal Background Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance from Childline, National Sex Abuse Registry (NSOR) certificate, Health & Safety Certification.
- A Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion that allows you to work in childcare on DAY ONE of employment.
