Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Support the lead teacher in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to students
- Assist with behavior management and promote positive social interactions
- Help with classroom management, including maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Assist with mealtime and naptime routines
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting
- Ability to assist with curriculum development and implementation
- Strong communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children
