Nice + Co is looking for an Assistant Media Planner
Experience
Ideally you have 1+ years of agency or marketing team experience when applying for the full-time, exempt position of Assistant Media Planner. Most importantly, we are looking for people that are nice, curious, collaborative, articulate & confident with numbers (preferably spreadsheets). As such, we are open to new graduates or candidates with outside experience that can translate to the role.

The key role you will play

Sample Responsibilities
· Assist team members with all aspects of offline & digital media planning
· Prepare buy details, flowcharts & budget tracking documents
· Request proposals from media vendors, specify and track changes, finalize media contracts (Insertion Orders) with team approval and signatures (often while providing recaps of steps taken to double check & document correctness)
· Buy execution, assisting with trafficking, and monitoring buy performance
· Developing & maintaining relationships with sales reps & assisting with media POVs
· Reporting/dashboard creation for digital & paid social programs (cleaning, merging, pivoting Excel data sets)
· Presenting your work to internal team members & clients
· Maintain strategic & financial records of agency projects (what, when, how & why of executions), and build intuitively readable reference materials for future work
