$20 hour+ Depending on Experience

• Provide support to the marketing department
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives
• Assist with social media content
• Organize and manage marketing collateral
• Write marketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market
• Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on effective messaging.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed promptly
• Proficiency in various digital marketing platforms, including social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and email marketing
• Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot and Sprout Social, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A background in marketing, business, or graphic design, whether as a college student, associate degree holder, or bachelor's degree graduate
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva is a valuable asset
• Knowledge of CRM tools, online analytics, and Google Ads is a plus
