SalarySeeking Assistant Managing Agent for full-time employment with a small family-owned New York City based real estate management firm. Employee will spend approximately 75% of time in the field and 25% of time in the office. Must have a driver's license and vehicle. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, work order tracking, tenant communications, contractor negotiations, superintendent communications, apartment visits and general field management activities. Employee must be comfortable and able to work in a small business environment. Experience within the industry as well as Excel, Word and Outlook recommended.
