Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations reporting to the General Manager
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing products
- Manage and motivate retail staff
- Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively
- Experience in Technology Sales and Technology project Management.
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and inventory management
- Strong sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets
- Fluency in English for clear communication with customers and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions securely and accurately
