We are currently seeking an experienced results-driven AssistantManager for our location in Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The candidate should have a proven history of driving year over year results, enjoys high customer interaction, and has had success in being a partner to their Store Manager in developing store teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in supporting a Store Manager in leading a successful store team in achieving both store and company goals.
• Is a role model to the team in both personal sales performance as well as customer engagement.
• Supports team develop, including the ability to grow talent for upward promotion.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, & ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to coach team with specific and timely feedback
• Responsible for managing store and team productivity in Store Manager absence.
• Enjoys high level of customer interaction.
• Responsible for store operational functions
• Maintains excellent visual presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
