Purpose:
As Assistant Manager, SEO Content at adidas, your role will be to support the SEO and Content team & execute on key opportunities that grow organic traffic and revenue for adidas.com. You will partner with digital marketing, Newsroom, agency, and business unit teams to align on organic opportunities that will drive organic traffic and authority to adidas.com. We’re looking for someone who can identify SEO Content opportunities and bring them to life from start to finish all in support of our larger North American Organic Traffic and Revenue targets.
The goal of this role is to align with channel objectives to drive high quality traffic to the adidas US online store. The role will deliver consumer insights, ensure alignment on best practices, and collaborate with global and local teammates on channel strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with PR, design, and agency teams on day-to-day communications and projects.
- Help with strategizing and implementing projects that will leverage brand capabilities to drive organic traffic growth.
- Research and evaluate new content ideas and strategies designed to engage users and drive traffic and links back to adidas.com.
- Report on project insights and campaign performance (when relevant) to brainstorm new and innovative offsite strategies.
- Collaborate with the broader SEO and digital teams to support key brand campaigns and priorities.
- Work closely with the SEO Content manager to support day-to-day projects including email communications, data analysis, content review, meeting with key stakeholders, presentation support, and reporting.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Collaborative with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of digital analytics data platforms to identify business opportunities and produce actionable insights (GA4, Adobe, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Botify or similar).
- In-depth understanding of organic content strategies with varying desired outcomes inclusive of authority, traffic and revenue metrics.
- Experience in building SEO strategic business cases that illustrate the importance of a strategy to stakeholders outside of SEO.
- Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks with varying workload and importance.
- Can efficiently work within a cross-functional organization to develop influential and collaborative relationships with stakeholders from digital and non-digital disciplines.
- Creative and analytical thinker; ability to work within the complexities of a global organization and distill down market needs & solutions.
- Strong time management, planning & organizational skills.
- Understands consumer behavior across the digital landscape.
- Independent learner, self-starter, curious and passionate about organic search, content marketing and eCommerce, with an excitement to take their skills to the next level.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of enterprise SEO experience.
- High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- eCommerce experience a plus.
- Content marketing experience a plus.
- Four-year college or university degree preferred.
