Assistant Manager

This is an evolving role as an Assistant Manager for an auto repair shop.

- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, ticket/estimate building, filing, and organizing documents

- Assist with managing calendars, scheduling appointments.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients or customers

- Maintain office supplies inventory, and place orders as needed

- Oversee parts inventory, returns, and vendor relationships

- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing

```Skills```

- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical receptionist role is a plus

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and maintain professionalism at all times

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.45 - $18.48 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
