Job Overview: Cloud Confections Inc., a startup company in the cannabis industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the production of our edible line and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:

• Operations Oversight:
• Manage and supervise the daily operations of Cloud Confections Inc. in Albuquerque.
• Ensure smooth production processes for our edible line and manufacturing operations.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Team Management:
• Conduct regular reviews with current employees to identify areas for improvement and optimize production efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with HR for staffing needs, training programs, and employee development.
• Meet with the owner of the company weekly to talk about forecasting, order delivery, and how to improve and implement SOP's.
• Compliance and Bio Track:
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with bio track systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the cannabis industry.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to maintain adherence to legal and operational requirements.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold Cloud Confections' commitment to excellence.
• Address and resolve any issues related to product quality, working closely with the production team.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with biotrack system.
• Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Must have food handlers card or take test by hire date
• Drivers License
• Must be 21+ years old
• Great communication and organizational skills

Pay -

Hourly wages starting $2560 a month Depending on Experience paid bi-week. This job has a commission tied to production and goals that can boost your income yearly and a bonus structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
