Management Trainee Job Description
Responsibilities
- train and learn all aspects of our food preparation process
- ensure each kitchens and concession stand is stocked and prepared prior to each event
- schedule staff
- supervise and manage personnel in concession stand kitchen(s)
- help maintain excellent product quality control
- ensure all food preparation activity is in compliance with all safety regulations
- manage and order inventory
- deal with problems and issues with professionalism and a customer service focus
